The carefully cultivated Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, and Typica varieties come together to create a harmonious blend with tasting notes of caramel, spice, and brown sugar. Each bean is fully washed and sun-dried, preserving the integrity of its flavor while capturing the essence of the fertile clay mineral soil in which it?s grown.
