All-in-one bread baking set allows you to easily mix, knead, proof, and bake with the bowl and lid. This set pairs seamlessly with all 4.5 and 5 Quart Tilt-Head Stand Mixers* and can go right in the oven.
The bowl and lid are freezer, microwave, dishwasher and oven (up to 500°F) -safe.
5 Quart capacity allows you to bake bread dough recipes with up to 3.5 cups of flour (makes about a 1- 1.5 lb. loaf of bread), which is just the right size loaf.
